Michele Carpenter , Office ManagerMichele Carpenter has a varied background in management and administration, specializing in customer relations, government regulatory work and finance. Michele has more than 15 years of business management experience in the communications industry, including work in almost every department of the Southern New England Telephone company over an 11-year period. More recently, Michele was project associate for PACK (Parents and Communities for Kids) at The Community Foundation for Greater New Haven, handling the administration of this multi-agency out-of-school learning opportunities program. Michele holds a master’s degree in business administration (organizational management) from the University of New Haven and a BA from Connecticut College.
