Michele Carpenter, Business ManagerMichele Carpenter has a broad background in management and administration,
specializing in customer relations, government regulatory work
and finance. She has more than 15 years of business management
experience in the communications industry, including work at Southern
New England Telephone company and DSL.net, where she focused on
regulatory finance. She also worked as a project associate for
PACK (Parents And Communities for Kids) at The Community Foundation
for Greater New Haven, handling the administration of this multi-agency
out-of-school learning program.
