A conference room rate of $149 per night has been negotiated with the Omni New Haven Hotel at Yale for Thursday and Friday nights. Depending upon availability that rate may also be extended to conference guests three days before and after the conference should you choose to extend your stay. Hotel guests pay a special rate of $19 per night parking in the hotel garage.

Refer to the aim high conference when making your reservation. To secure this rate, reservations must be made on or before June 16, 2008. Call the hotel for check-in and check-out times.

For air travel, use Bradley International Airport serving Hartford/ Springfield or Tweed New Haven (US Air).

For train travel, contact Amtrak, or Metro North for service from New York’s Grand Central Terminal to New Haven’s Union Station.
